All learners are expected to communicate respectfully with mentors, trainers, staff, and fellow students. Any form of abusive, inappropriate, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Personal Use Only

Course access is granted for personal learning only. Sharing login credentials, recordings, study materials, notes, or any premium content with others is strictly prohibited.

3. No Unauthorized Recording or Distribution

Learners must not record, copy, redistribute, publish, or resell any live session, recorded lecture, training material, document, or internal resource provided by Nitya CloudTech without prior written permission.

4. Participation & Learning Responsibility

Learners are encouraged to attend sessions regularly, complete assignments, practice the provided concepts, and actively participate in the training process. Outcomes improve when learners consistently engage with the material.

5. Ethical Use of Resources

Any tools, projects, assignments, practice environments, or learning resources shared during the course must be used only for legitimate educational purposes. Misuse of resources, plagiarism, or dishonest representation of work is not allowed.

6. Community Behavior

In WhatsApp groups, live sessions, discussion channels, and other community spaces, learners must avoid spam, irrelevant promotions, personal attacks, or posting content that disturbs the learning environment.

7. Access Suspension or Termination

Nitya CloudTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any learner who violates these rules, misuses course access, engages in harmful behavior, or compromises the integrity of the learning environment.
